By buying from Jarquín Jewelry you agree to these terms and to our Returns, Shipping, and Privacy policies.

Our promise on every piece: each product page states the metal, the weight, and the stamp. If a piece doesn't match its page, return it for a full refund and we'll cover all shipping.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a price is listed wrong, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

We can decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a piece is out of stock, or if the price was in error. If we do, you're refunded in full right away.

Jewelry wears. Solid gold and sterling silver last for generations with basic care; plated pieces don't. Every product page tells you which one you're buying and how it wears. Damage from misuse isn't covered, but reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do.
