Where we ship: United States, for now. International shipping will follow after the first release.

Every order ships insured, tracked, and with a signature required on delivery. No exceptions, no free shipping. Jewelry is worth protecting.

Insured shipping, signature required: $12, 3 to 5 business days.
Insured express, signature required: $25, 1 to 2 business days.

Orders ship within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Every piece ships in the Jarquín box with a card naming the metal, the weight, and the stamp. The outer mailer is plain. Nothing on the outside says jewelry.

If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, email hello@jarquinjewelry.com within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
